Summer 2026 Private Party Rentals
Casa Solana pool will offer members only private party rentals beginning Sunday in June, on a first come, first served basis.
Parties are limited to Sunday mornings during regular pool season, excluding holiday weekends.
Party requests should be submitted no later than two weeks in advance, via email to: casasolanaboard@gmail.com
Party rentals include exclusive use of the pool, clubhouse, patio, playground and locker rooms for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Parties begin promptly at 10 am and end at 11:45 am, not past noon. No early access is permitted. All guests and members must leave the premises by 12 pm to afford staff the ability to open for regular business hours.
Party rental fee includes staffing of CSP lifeguards.
Party rentals do not include cleaning fees. Members are responsible for all party set up & clean up.
Parties are limited to 50 total guests.
Children who cannot swim MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times, both in the water and on the deck. An adult must be IN the water with these children at all times.
Children in the baby pool are the DIRECT RESPONSIBILITY of the parent or caregiver. Any child in the baby pool not accompanied by an adult will be told to exit the pool until an adult is present.
Fees: Once approved, members must submit a $400 prepayment of which $50 is non-refundable. An additional $150 cleaning & damage deposit fee will also be assessed and returned, provided the pool, pool deck, patio, clubhouse & locker rooms are left in the same or better condition than preceding the party.
Party Fee Summary:
- $400 Private party fee ($50 non-refundable)
- $150 Cleaning & damage deposit (returned upon satisfactory party check out)
